ÂÂÂÂ It looks to me like Ohio S. albidum blooms are prettier than Florida S. albidum blooms.

Sisyrinchium is in the Iris family, and is probably the most widespread genus in the family with species occurring in such remote places as Greenland & Hawaii.Â Ohio is native to at least 3 species and they're impossible for me to tell apart.Â A botanist friend suggested S. albidum for these pics.
