I don't know a whole lot about daffodils, but Brent and Becky's
Fall catalog gives a great deal of information about each cultivar.Â
Don't know if they would cover what grows in a wet area.Â

(I'm sorry this isn't on IRISES but I figured someone in
SIGNA might be able to point me in the right direction.)
Does anyone know where I can look information up on
daffodil lineage?
I have some daffodils that are absolutely thriving in the
lower parts of my moist clay yard while other daffodils
have completely given up the ghost in three years or less
even when planted in the best draining areas of my yard.
It would be helpful to know which varieties actually like
moist soil and which don't, BEFORE I buy them.
I'm really looking forward to seeing my Japanese Iris
bloom!
Thanks!
