Sterility is essential. For replacement for a flow-hood, use an
aquarium on side, with plastic wrap for front cover, squeeze hands
through. Wipe down inside of aquarium with alcohol about 5 min before
using. Soak seed in about 50/50 bleach and water. , rinse three times
in water ( all in makeshift hood) and then peel.

Prepare medium and tt in pressure cooker or in microwave. STERILE
conditions at all times.
