Yuri; I finally saw the pictures and I am inclined to believe this is a Iris versicolor. I believe under certain stressed conditions one might find defective standards or the lack of standards. Iris versicolor was believed by Edgar Anderson to have originated from the hybridization of Iris setosa and Iris virginica. Presented with stresses it seems likely it may exhibit some of its setosa heritage. This is probably an atypical plant.

USA: NEW YORK:: Seneca Co. Along East Seneca Road, Trumansburg, 980 ft elev.
It is not I.reticulata obviously.
