Re: Yellow Iris


The holes in your rhizomes maybe where old roots were and this is normal. I
don't know where you're located, but my advice is to plant now. Even if you
only dig a shallow trench and cover the rhizomes. If you're in the north you
can pot them til spring planting. If none of these things are possible put
them in a paper bag in the closet til spring. The goal is to keep the
rhizomes from drying out completely.
