Yuri; it is either Iris cristata or Iris lucustris
lacustris at times has been made a subspecies of
cristata but most authers think is deserves specific
status. The two usuaully distinguished by size but
there are very small cristatas in the same size range.
The way the fans come off the rhizome is an easy way
of distinguishing but I can not tell this from the
picture nor can i tell the size.
