Re: I. carthalineae??

in my eyes, the two species are extremely similar in fotos.  The most obvious physical difference is the height and stature. Spuria is rarely over 70cm/28", more typically 50cm/18", leaves about 1cm/1/2" wide,  while carthalineae is over 110cm/45" and the leaves about 3cm/1.5".  The first foto does look like carthalinea (heavy, blue-green-grey foliage).  Now, if you could check the chromosomes, carthalineae is 44, while spuria is 38.
