Thanks Debbie. Yes, you enter it and walk a
circuit to the centre. Then reverse to walk back out. It's close to
20 feet across, so needs some space.

Almost the same type of situation here. I'm
only starting to enjoy my garden in the last few weeks this year.
And off topic, but here's my meditation labyrinth
that my husband just finished for me this morning. He even let me place
the last brick, then brought a ladder so I could take the picture with some
elevation. Just stepping into the labyrinth brings a sense of calm.
I was using it even before it was totally finished.
That's the pond with pots of pseudacorus & I
versicolor on the left, with the hosta hill (now called my historic iris hill),
leading over to the nursery beds and old shed. My aim is crooked, not my
shed.

Liselotte,
I can sure understand that. For the last
half of 2008 up till right before Christmas 2009, I went through that with my
mother. With summer 2010 and summer 2011 being the two hottest summers on
record here which stymied a lot of yard work, I am still trying to patch
everything back to how I want it. I am getting close now. This
morning was the first cool fall morning of the season, getting all the way down
to 6° C.
