I am a longtime lurker who has enjoyed this list, and the expertise of all of you, very much.  I would be happy to see Louisiana Iris. They grow well for me here in Virginia in a freshwater wetland.

I've been doing a little research on another platform for the list.

In the mean time, Ron Killingworth has started a new Louisiana iris group on Google. He and I have talked about combining the two groups. Bot lists are fairly low traffic, but there is more traffic on the LA list than here. There is already some overlap in membership. As far as I know these are the only two AIS sections with groups on Yahoo that have any traffic.

Any thoughts regarding combining the two? Would you mind seeing a few pretty photos of LA irises on the list?
