Oh that's easy - from someone who makes a <lot> of mistakes -

the T is close enough to a handwritten 7, and if you were typing the
number, you hit 5 instead of 2 the first time, backed up and inserted
the correct 2, then forgot to delete the incorrect 5.......

<  I'll spend the rest of day trying to understand how T282 became
