{Disarmed} RE: Re: borer at this time of year? pupae

Its a shiny and brown capsule about an inch long. It is tapered at the end.
Does seem a bit short for a large borer larva, but I guess it contracts
itself. I would love to see the eggs and moth of the durn thing.
