Don’t know what it is, but it sure is pretty.  The signals look kind of like a Louisiana but the falls are not quite right.

 

I had a strange Lavegata show up in a clump of white pseudacorus in a pond this spring about that color; dark violet w/white signals, but the signal shape is different.

 

Ah, the mysteries of gardening!
