Jim,
You know, it looks a lot different when one
can see the other side of the coin. Personally, I like Iris
pseudacorus. But, at the very least, it would be wrong to send seeds to
states in which the species has been banned. Also, if there is low
interest in the seeds, combined with the Verbena Seed Moth issue, it is totally
understandable the decision to drop offering of the species.
Maybe those who are interested in exchanging Iris
pseudacorus seeds could work out a trade, and donate a small amount to SIGNA per
trade in the process?
