I knew and correspond with Maurice for decades and am much saddened by this news. He made a major contribution to SIGNA over the years and the progeny from his numerous seed donations lingers on. I hope that the Newsletter editors will make some effort to put together a fitting memorial to him:  his obituary, a list of contributions etc. He was a rare friend of SIGNA.
