    According to the taxonomists (I think; I don't have my reference here with
    me) this plant is now known as Trimezia martiniquensis, very commonly grown
    in Florida, and I think you even sent me some, Mark!  By the way, that
    plant thrived and is now blooming.  Someone did send me something labelled
    N. longifolia (maybe it was Jim?) but the foliage etc. so far is identical
    to my plants of N. gracilis/northiana.  The northiana I received is
    identical to my seed-raised gracilis.  Neomarica caerulea, is however a
    very different plant.
