I agree with you on BLUE CHIP STOCK. 
 MTB's are usually finicky for me...taking 2 years to accomodate themselves to being moved and slow increasers until acclimated . 
WELCH'S REWARD took 3, but it was worth it. 
SNOW GAMBIT is at 3 this year, and still no sign of bloom.  
BCS didn't even miss a beat. It bloomed the very next Spring and is doing so now profusely. Second year clump is large, even after selling some off last year!  The branching is good. The two tone blue is sharp and crisp. Very classy. I see a medal in this one's future!
