Hello Folks,
Well, there is only one heifer standing between me and my
taking the trip east (good heifer sitters are hard to find). Since
I have never been to one of these before, how about some tips?
E.g., what does one wear? (I remember some kind offers from
earlier postings, but I'm afraid it's a bit late to alter the proffered
wear). Is it very casual....as in bluejeans and sneakers (my usual
and always preferred mode of dress) or is it casual towards dressy?
I hope it's not gray flannel suits or I'm going to pass. Are ties in
order for events?
And besides taking garden tours, how does one elect which other
functions to attend (Italian dinners are easy)? Do you sign up for
them or just show up and grab a chair?
