In the past, folks have asked how many TBs have been registered, vs
other types. So just for fun, I checked to see how many there were from
each category for the 80s. These numbers are not precise, since the
database isn't currently set up to search this way, but I think these
numbers are close:

19 LAEV
119 SPU
120 MTB
122 AR
172 SIB
178 MDB
211 CA
225 JI
239 BB
312 AB
411 LA
449 IB
868 SDB
4173 TB
7629 (Subtotal)
There are 7656 entries in the database, so I missed a few, but this is
close. Also, I couldn't figure out an easy way to search for species
irises and hybrids. At least one MDB was listed as a DB. And I'm not
sure about the ARs vs the ABs - seems like a lot of pure arils, but I
didn't check any of them to see if they 'should' have been ABs.
