RE: TB, IB, BB, AB: Calling all weird iris


Hi Amy,

There were a good number of medians in bloom in Dallas.  Wistful Wisteria
(MTB) was looking good in all gardens.  Others that I noted were Up to Snuff
(IB) a yellow bitone and Sinister Desire (IB) a red bearded black.  I know
these aren't likely "weird" enough for you but it shows that they can be
grown in Texas.   You might like Low Spirit (BB) -- it was blooming in one
of the convention gardens.

There are lots of weird colours in SDBs, so you may try a few.  Sea Monster
and What Again come to mind.

Barry Blyth specializes in odd colour combinations.  You can check out a few
