Bill,

I'm guessing AddAll won't let you in because it doesn't want you to 
discover that none of its member booksellers can come close to beating 
the price for your book available through the AIS website (which, BTW, 
they can't).  ;-)

Seriously, though, perhaps you can access it if you go directly 
through the used book search instead of the new one.  Try this URL and 
see if you have any better luck:
