T.B. season has truly begun here, due to early seedlings and WHATEVER this
weather thing is. BRIDGE IN TIME has three open today and not a show bench
in sight! Sigh! That reblooming child of JESSIE'S SONG & EARL OF ESSEX is
also putting in an appearance. It's looking perky and pretty, but the
branching still leaves something to be desired. Of cource, the plicata
reblooming seedlings are always among the first to bloom, but not usually for
another week or so.
But I digress. How are the stalks and subsequent bud count looking this
year? I seem to notice some missing branches. Had a lot of extra falls on
the little ones, especially JEWEL BABY. Are colors 'normal'?
