Was this a first year bloom? Many times the stalk height
and bud count is not typical the first year. EW normally
gives a regular sized flower, so your small ones aren't
normal either. See what it looks like next year - it may
just need time to get established.
I like EW for the color pattern, but there are better
growers here that are similar (tho I like EW's color
better). They are EARTH SONG (Ev. Kegerise), HELEN WANNER
(Smith), and TWO SIDED COIN (Ernst).
