Amy,
I am in Florida, and we were down to 21 F during that time. I did have
to move some Irises and Daylilies inside because they had bloom stems. [I
grow most plants in pots]. Since those four freezes in early March, the
weather here has been mostly in the 80's and 90's F by day, and mostly 50's F
by night.
Now, all on bloom scapes that have emerged since the freezes, I have
wonderful bloom on BILLIONAIRE, TEA LEAVES, and BUCKWHEAT. WINESAP has a
late bloom scape, and several other plants are forming bloom scapes too.
