I. cristata almost open yesterday in the woods, WIDOW'S VEIL trying to
make up for its stunted stalks by producing a mass of bloom, RASPBERRY
JAM (totally unprotected from freezes) blooming on somewhat stunted
stalks, & a total surprise - seedling SDB that I don't remember. I
think this must be from some seeds given to me several years ago -
certainly not one I hybridized myself. Pretty little thing.
