How do you do this? I did not know it was possible to do this. I have a couple that many of my relatives love and I don't have enough to share. I like to give them for birthdays and presents is I have enough to go around. I would love to try this.

This is a procedure that Chet Tompkins practiced for many, many years. There were times when I assisted him in cutting up the rhizomes and then lining them out in rows side by each on 9 inch centers. I have used the same procedure myself a couple of times but I didn't have the commercial need that Chet had.
