Re: OT: Water - OOPS


Wrote it, went to bed.  This a.m. read it.  Reread rate increase. Should be
$6.50 per 1000 gal.  I tend to react to increased water rates much like some
folks react to increases in their property taxes.  It's a pointless reaction
since it's inevitably going to happen.  But I do wonder if some of this
increase is a direct result of the last increase.  I think that one might
have curtailed water use enough so that not enough $$ came in.  I don't
believe every increase is based with the aim of conserving water (still
disgruntled, obviously ) :>).
