In the photo of IRISH CHANT that you posted to Iris-photos on April 15
there appears to be a fan at the back of the clump that did not put up a
bloomstalk. If that is the case, then you do not have a true case of
bloomout, as it is bloomout only if every existing fan blooms and there is
no increase either before or after bloom has occurred. I also checked the
item on IRISH CHANT you posted today, but there were no photos attached in
the archives.
