Re: ADMIN: Subject Tags

Subject tags also help find things in the archives when you want to read
a thread and can't get where you want to go using the search engine.

For example, you might not remember a good key word to search for (or
maybe it was misspelled), but you remember some of the other discussions
that were going on at the time and maybe when the discussion took
place.  You can go to the monthly index (all the way back to the
beginning of the list in 1996) and hunt for it by skimming the subject
lines, for whatever month you want to look at it.
