2003 Rogers new releases

Hi,

For those of you who are interested in the work
Francis and Ruth Rogers have done.  Here are the
releases for this year.  Sorry I do not have
pictures but I will.

These were introduced in our newsletter so if you

 2003 here are the introductions,
Night Halo (Rogers F 2003) IB Here's an Iris that
glows with maize yellow standards and style arms,
with burgundy falls rimmed with a buttercup yellow
halo and a maize yellow beard.  Slightly fragrant.

Young Prince (Rogers F 2003) BB Majestic violet
standards and pansy violet falls are enhanced with
edges of salmon buff and crowned with cadmium
orange beards.  Ruffled and slightly fragrant.

Bright New Day (Rogers F 2003) TB A real
eye-opener.  Imagine white standards with a light
yellow base rising over violet blue falls with a
large white flash below chromium yellow beards!
And, its ruffled and has a sweet fragrance.

Chim Cham (Rogers F 2003) TB Check out the
striping around the Chinese yellow beard! A
luscious blend of light to dark bronze standards
and grey/orange falls edged in light bronze
yellow.  Lacy, spicy fragrance.

Joyous Noise (Rogers F 2003) TB Yes! Ruth named
this one!  This radiant iris has yellow standards
and style arms, mimosa yellow falls and a
buttercup yellow beard.  But that's not all!  A
rather wide beet root purple band borders the
falls! Its ruffled and has a sweet fragrance.

Sweet Peach (Rogers F 2003) TB a pretty peach
confection!  Standards and style arms are peach
and the falls are majolica yellow highlighted by a
Saturn red beard.
