Hi Babs,
Jeweler's Art (which is a real jewel) blooms half the time with
extra parts. I do not think it is frost damage 'here' since the
SDB bloom is way after frost.
* It is below freezing here with temps this morning of 13 F (-11
C). I think/hope it will reach 32 F (00 C) this afternoon but we
can't count on it. :-(
