Hi All,
I appreciate the advice and information several of you have offered
regarding borers, but I'm still looking for an answer to my original
question:
If temps warm up and borer eggs hatch before iris leaves have had a
chance to grow to any appreciable length (1 inch or less), where do the
borer hatchlings go? Do they bore directly into the rhizomes because of
a lack of sufficient foliage?
