Chuck, not being a hybridizer, i can't answer your question - but don't worry 
there are those out there who can.

What I want to do is congratulate you on how you identified yourself as to 
State and Region and USDA zone!  THAT shows that you have paid attention to 
rules and how it is done, and so many do not do that, which can be very irritating 
-- how can anyone advise those who ask questions if it is not known what area 
the advice is for! ! !  "Elemental, Watson" a la Conan Doyle if anyone reads
