 Hi Barbara,

Sorry you are having all these troubles. That's the problem.  There are at
least 10 or more ways to do something on a computer.


Windows should have a folder called My Pictures. If it doesn't you can make
one.

Anyway, I have a little cord that just plugs in side of my camera. (As far
as I know all digital camera's have a place to attach this little cord.) You
plug that into your camera and other in into your computer box. (Most boxes
have a plug in on the front and one on the back). I use the front one
because it is handy. The camera should light up and say like --PC. Just
punch ok and let the computer do the rest.

I up load mine onto Picasa first.  It is a free picture program that's handy
  You don't have to do that, it's just the way I do. (Your computer should
just upload to the Windows Pix Program unless you tell it different like I
do telling it I want it first in Picasa.)  Then it will ask me if I want to
delete all pixs off my camera, and it cleans my camera so ready for next
take. I never take that little card out of camera. Too much trouble, I like
to plug in.

Then I close that and go to "My Pictures" and sort till my heart's content.
I make a folder for each iris. That's just the way I do. Doing it this way,
I don't have to resize or anything, the computer does all that for me.  I
just have to crop if I want etc add a name.

PS: I just use Picasa to turn my pixs.  I just don't particular like the way
it sorts or edits pix. But some people, that's all they use.  I just happen
to like to work on my pictures in a program called Corel Paintshop Pro X.
Again, as best I can figure most people use Photo Elements or Photoshop.  I
tried those for about 6 months and just found Corel is much more user
friendly for my taste and so far does all I need done at this point.

Sorry about all the weather problems.  We've had tons of wind today so
things are plenty wind blown but other than that no major temp. problems,
just always water shortage.
