Dear Linda,
    Sorry about your weather. We're having it too. So far I've only lost one 
stalk, AUTUMN TRYST had a stalk up about a foot or so with 3 buds. It is mush. 
I have been cutting my SDB's when they get about to bloom. I've been taking 
them to the gym in flower arangements, and changing them out every two days. 
That way others get to see how pretty they are.
