Chris and I have been working to lessen the problem some folks have been having posting to the list.
The problem is primarily that some of the mail servers that handle out going mail have been compromised be spammers, or not properly configured to limit spammers. As a consequence they get listed in services that are called blacklists. These blacklists are used by spam trapping software to prevent spam and virused email from getting through to users.
Yahoo servers are unfortunately a priority target for spammers and it appears that (for whatever reason) Yahoo tends to not configure all their servers to fully protect them and they get blacklisted a lot.
Over the last couple of days Chris has released a number of messages that had been held as spam. that is why some older messages have shown up.
ONce again, if you post a message to the list that does not show up either on the list or in the archives, please forward a copy of the message from your Send Mailbox to me at:
