I have been thinking about the same thing, wondering how hard it would
be to "back up" to make new crosses with spotted pumila to get spotted
SDBs that would thrive here.
Are there a lot of pumila clones in commerce? Any chance any of them
could survive in this climate? Are there US suppliers?
<Obviously early crosses of TBs and I. pumila that gave the SDBs used
earlier TBs. It would be interesting to see what Modern high quality TBs
crossed with I. pumila would produce. Bob Pries>
