Friends/convention-goers  --  Sorry I won't be able to join you there, after
all.  Old Arthur-itis whacked me in the knee about 3 days ago.  I hoped that
it would be the sort of damage that heals quickly, but not this time.  At the
moment, I'm just able to navigate my own gardens with a cane and much
difficulty.  No question of managing airports and garden tours.  So, I'll have
to hope that the body behaves better next year.

I have a few seedlings in the convention gardens, and if any of them turns out
to be photogenic, it would be nice to see some pix.

Meantime, there are some interesting (to me, at least) things happening here
with our 2-week-early blooms, so I'll post a few of them as I can get them.
As a start, Linda, here's a grandchild of your old friend BLITZ, 05J1:((Blitz
x Haven) X Lumalite) (and hoping John will permit the size of this clump
