Answer: I fear I don't pay much attention to the percentage...I try to get
about a ten to fifteen percent solution, but do it the way my wife measures
when she cooks, i.e. by "guesstimate." I know, I know...this is not good
scientific or safety practice, but I do it that way. (I am more exact when
