T. Williams

In an earlier message we asked if anyone was familiar with an iris variety
called Waverly, developed by T. Williams. No relation to the famous play-
wright, T. Williams was also known as "The Old Dirt Dobber" on his radio show
broadcast in the 1930s and 1940s from Nashville, TN. He won an H.M. in 1939
along with Clarence Connell for their hybrid iris Glen Ellen. Waverly won an
H.M. in 1937.
We'd like to obtain both the Waverly and the Glen Ellen. Does anyone have
access to them?
Many thanks,
Jim and Sharon Hogge
