re: song of norway

Thanks, Linda, for the enthusiastic recommendation on SONG OF NORWAY, and I
notice it was one Tom mentioned as having graceful form. Onto the list it
goes. I have a weakness for that powder blue color...Siberians SUMMER SKY and
MOUNTAIN LAKE are also appealing in the same way. Have been thinking of making
a 'sky' bed with just white and light blue things, with a tiny bit of strong
clear yellow here and there to keep things from getting so cool that you shiver
in May....

Interesting that you mentioned RASPBERRY RIPPLES; that was another one with a
star by it from my visit to Viette's last spring. For one thing, it just about
matches the color of some big alliums that bloom with the TBs, something I was
looking for especially.

What's your sturdiest very dark tall bearded (as in the LICORICE STICK / SABLE
NIGHT / DUSKY CHALLENGER group)?
