Ya know, I have never tried the two together. I wonder if the rhisomes
would do well boiled, like taro or other bulbs/tubers/corms/etc are as, used
as food??? Any thoughts out there? We may have opened up a whole new iris use.

Good man, good shop, and I THINK that his wife even grows irises.
