When I last talked with Carol Warner, she was convinced that Esther C.D.M.
and Gulls Wing, at least the clones that she obtained as these, are clearly
not the same thing. She has them planted in rows not far from each other,
and all the Esther C.D.M. plants thrive and bloom, while the Gulls Wing
grows but has been for her a reluctant bloomer (in fact so much so as not
to be able to be rated for bloom habit).
