Signa is the species group of AIS. The letters stand for Species Iris
Group of North America. They do not collect iris exclusive to North America.
The magazine they put out is quite extensive , very informitive but only 2 per
year. At this time both the Pres Carla Lankow and membership Collin Rigby
live within an hours drive from me. Collin Rigby's address is 18341 Paulson SW
Rochester, Wa 98579.
The group collects seed at a given time and location. The seed listing
is sent out to membership who pay for the seed packages on a first come first
served basis depending upon what is sent and what is ordered. No one will say
that all seeds are exactly as labeled but the effort is made to be as precise
as possible.
