CAT: New Checklist Symbols


Here are some new checklist symbols that would be very helpful in catalogs. 

EWM - Easterners Waste of Money... too tender

UP - Unlike Picture

SSF - Stays Single Fan for the life of the plant - often only one year

FWI - Fragrant With Imagination...yours

MNF - Mind Numbing Frafrance...not for indoors

PPS - Pod and Pollen Sterile...hybriderizers delight

DCC - Duplicates Cheaper Cultivar

CRH - Crown Rot Happy

MBC - Minimum Bud Count

TML - Too Much Lace

BNO - Bloom Never Opens (usually in conjunction with TML above)

EEEE - Earliest to bloom - usually in December, then dies in the next frost

STI - Slow To Increase (has something to do with how much you pay for it)

BOS - Bloom out Special

BB - Brown Bagger - bloom so ugly you have to put a bag over it

TBB - A "Two Bagger"...bloom so ugly the second bag goes over your head, in
case the the wind blows the first bag off

IBPP - Insignificant Bloom, Poor Performer...usually reserved for some
candidates for top medal winners
