Cult: Leaf Problem ?

Hello Everyone,
	On  quite a few of my irises the leaves are sort of discolored. They have
a dotting or streaking of a lighter color almost a yellow or tan. A sort of
thinning in this area like the cells a drying up. Does anyone know what
causes this?
