My husband Glenn says to bend and shape copper tubing you need a copper tubing
bender. What it is is a very tightly coiled spring and you put the copper tubing
in it and then you bend the spring and it keeps the copper tubing from crimping on
you. My husband Glenn use to have his own construction business and he said all
the plumbers had them. Also there was a section on Hometime about bending and
putting copper tubing together so as to make trellis's with the copper. The
person demonstrating said that they made all sizes of trellis's. So maybe that
section can be found on HOMETIME's web page.
