well, my very tall bearded iris are blooming their heads off, and i'm just
thrilled.
i have no clue what they are, but here is a desription as best i can do:
they are white, tinged yellow, with yellow beards, some veining around the
beards that is a brownish-burgundy color, and they are wildy fragrant, like
an easter lilly.
they are massively vigorous, the plants are enormous, leaves are broad and
tall with a gray green color, each bloom stalk has 3-5 buds.
i suspect they are a very common variety, they came here to n.c. from arizona.
any guesses?
