HIST: CHIMERA

Hi All,
And speaking of chimeras, my CHIMERA (Zurbrigg '61) bloomed a couple of days
ago. I didn't know it would be so green. The standards were light green (not
yellow or that odd beige) and the falls were light green blushing purple
around the shoulders and beard. Just gorgeous. It tried to bloom around
January, but the stalk got killed by the frost. This is definitely going on
my list of favorites.
Mary Forte, Atascadero, CA, Zone 9 where BLUE EYED BLOND, FINSTERWALD, DARK
CRYSTAL, LOW HO SILVER, PRINCE OF EARL, MOUNTAIN VIOLET, FORTE, and CRIMSON
KING are all blooming and my first PCNs are showing color.
