Re. white reversions

Setting here reading the mail reminded me of a local incident that happen in Sutter
Creek. A Builder with approval from the County leveled off some old mine tailings and
the top of a hill to provide an area for better then 20 homes.After a few years they
found the top soil contained arsenic. This fact brings up the thought, How many of us
do a complete soil test? I am not saying this would change the color of an iris but I
have witnessed changes people have had from spraying to close.
