I've experienced it before with TB when I lived in Tennessee, but this is
the first time my iris got zapped since I moved to Georgia eight years
ago. It REALLY looks funny to see some of the medians blooming basically
without stalks (ie, stalks of less than one inch). I also have some TB
that are going to bloom at SDB height, BTW.
